The Role

As the Amazon Channel Manager, you will lead the brand’s presence and strategy on Amazon. You will execute data-driven strategies to maximise sales potential and operations performance, while maintaining brand consistency & exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage new opportunities, markets, and technologies to implement comprehensive strategies for the platform.
  • Monitor channel performance and create data-driven decisions to optimise Amazon operations.
  • Implement effective pricing and promotional strategies to maximise profitability.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards, timely order fulfilment, and optimise online reviews across relevant platforms.
  • Communicate effectively with external stakeholders and with the internal Marketing and Production team.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in Amazon channel management, with a proven track record of driving profitability across a vast product portfolio for the platform.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Account Management, Amazon SEO, and advertising.
  • Hands-on experience of creation, reviewing Ads search, and DSP strategy.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Amazon Ads, and Seller Central features.
  • Solid commercial acumen, along with proven stakeholder communication and project management skills.
