We are working alongside our client in the Food & Beverage sector based in New Jersey to hire an Associate Marketing Manager to join their team.

A fast-growing health-conscious food company specialising in delivering high-quality, health-conscious snacks and food products. With a growing presence in major retail outlets and an expanding portfolio it’s the perfect time for an Associate Marketing Manager to join.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor all consumer and retailer marketing, including CTV, social media, in-store, website, trade shows, and e-commerce. Ensure it aligns with strategy and track performance, adjusting as needed.


  • Manage experiential marketing like sampling events and sports sponsorships. Coordinate materials, samples, and staff to deliver on-brand experiences.


  • Lead innovation projects from approval to market release, ensuring company-wide alignment.


  • Track market data and trends, creating quarterly performance reports with insights. Support sales decks and shopper marketing performance tracking.

Qualifications


  • Minimum 2-3 years of marketing experience.


  • CPG background preferred.


  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook.)


  • Familiarity with analytical tools and other syndicated data (they use Circana but open to similar.)


  • Experience with project management.


  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with exceptional Excel and PowerPoint skills.


  • Ability to interact with all internal multi-discipline functional areas and levels of management
