We are working alongside a global Medical Technology company, to hire a Business Development Manager based in Germany (remote/home based).

Our client offers to provide unique Capital Equipment - Medical Technology to Hospitals & Clinics across Europe, that makes a real difference in patient's and families' lives. 


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Medical Technology, or Biomedical Sciences.
  • Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience in Medical Device/Medical Technology, ideally in Capital Equipment Sales. 
  • Direct Sales experience to Hospitals & Clinics across Germany.
  • Experience partnering & selling through distribution partners is a plus.
  • Fluency in German, and English. 
  • Valid Driving licence. 
  • Right to work in Germany. 
  • Must be willing to travel 50% of the time.

We're in search of a dynamic individual to join our client's International Sales team in the capacity of a Business Development Manager. The selected candidate will spearhead efforts to expand the presence of the region. The position will sell directly across Germany, Austria & Switzerland as well as managing distribution partnerships across Benelux, & Eastern Europe. The role entails strategizing and arranging customer visits, dedicating at least three days weekly to fieldwork. Expect extensive travel within the assigned territory, adhering to a structured sales plan aimed at fostering business growth. This role presents an exciting prospect for sales enthusiasts who thrive on independence and initiative.
