About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth within the Data Centre market. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, expanding market presence, and building strategic relationships. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to accelerate revenue growth and strengthen customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and execute new business opportunities and partnerships in the Data Centre industry
  • Conduct market research to uncover trends, customer needs, and competitive insights
  • Develop and implement market expansion strategies across regions, channels, and customer segments
  • Own key customer and partner relationships, with accountability for revenue targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, promotions, and tailored solutions
  • Monitor performance, report on forecasts, and track KPIs to senior leadership


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or product management within the Data Centre or related industries
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, market expansion, and product adoption
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills


Additional Information

  • Role can be office-based or home-based
  • Minimum 50% travel within North America, with occasional international travel
