Who we are

We are a dynamic recruitment and executive search agency that has evolved since our first establishment in 2012. We work with several high-profile clients, start ups, and SME’s globally to help them source and retain top-tier talent.

The client

Our client is leading the way in the development of battery energy storage solutions. They are one of only a handful of energy storage companies worldwide that have developed the technology to use second-life electric vehicle batteries as an energy store. They are the first company working on 2nd life BESS in the world, established in 2010, and have the most extensive experience in the market with 4-5 years of data to back up their technology. As  the growth in electric vehicle market allows for many more available battery packs and they are ready with their technology to put them to use rather than being in early development stages likes other 2nd life companies.
