Description

As a Continuous Improvement Specialists, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Consolidate process, end-product, and lab results data to uncover the most critical risks in production processes
  • Conduct and support Root Cause Analysis for recurring issues and defects in end-products or processes
  • Provide analytical support for building business cases for solutions to be implemented by operations, e.g., effectiveness of pilots for process changes, to assist PMO manager in prioritisation and getting initiatives approved
  • Prioritise issues and quality risks, as well as mitigating actions, based on analysed impact on product quality
  • Build initiative pipeline to continuously improve operations and define implementation roadmap together with Operations and PMO
  • Effective visualisation of RCA findings and analysis on potential improvements


What You Bring to the Table

  • BS/MS in Engineering, with a background in Data Analysis
  • Mastering Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in Lean / TQM / TPM and strong communication skills
  • Lean / Six Sigma black belt
  • Programming language or analytical tools in line with own preference
  • 2-4 years experience in an analytical role
  • Fluency in the local language and written and spoken English.
