Description

We are working alongside a high-growth Ag-Tech platform to hire a senior individual contributor focused on enterprise sustainability programs and commercial structuring across the food and agriculture value chain.

The client

Our client is a fast-scaling Ag-Tech platform delivering data-driven sustainability and regenerative agriculture programs to enterprise customers across CPG, food & beverage, and agricultural supply chains. They combine technology, data, and managed services to design, commercialize, and execute large-scale ESG and Scope 3 initiatives.


The Role

  • This is a senior, commercially focused role sitting at the intersection of enterprise sales, sustainability strategy, and program design.
  • The position is responsible for taking existing enterprise engagement and strategic interest and converting it into structured, multi-year ESG and regenerative agriculture programs.
  • You will work closely with enterprise clients to define program scope, align commercial models, and lead complex deal cycles through to close, while collaborating cross-functionally with product, delivery, and leadership teams.


Requirements / Qualifications

• 7–10+ years’ experience in enterprise B2B roles across consulting, ag-tech, sustainability, or managed services

• Strong exposure to ESG, Scope 3, carbon, or regenerative agriculture within food, CPG, or agricultural supply chains

• Experience structuring complex, multi-stakeholder commercial engagements or programs

• Background in consulting, strategy, or enterprise solution selling environments

• Ability to translate sustainability objectives into commercially viable, scalable programs

• Strong executive presence, with experience engaging senior stakeholders (sustainability, procurement, finance)

• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, high-growth environments with high ownership


Responsibilities

• Own and progress a portfolio of high-value enterprise opportunities, converting strategic interest into contracted programs

• Work with clients to define and structure ESG and regenerative agriculture initiatives, aligning sustainability goals with commercial outcomes

• Design multi-year program frameworks, including scope, delivery model, and financial structure

• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles, coordinating internal and external teams to drive alignment and closure

• Collaborate with product and delivery teams to shape solutions that integrate data, technology, and managed services

• Develop tailored value propositions for enterprise clients across food, CPG, and agricultural supply chains

• Support commercial negotiations, including pricing, service models, and performance expectations

• Maintain senior-level relationships across client organizations, ensuring long-term program success and expansion opportunities

• Contribute to segment and account strategy, identifying pathways for growth within key verticals

• Represent the business at industry events, client workshops, and strategic engagements
