Description
Exploration / Resource Geologist
We are seeking an Exploration / Resource Geologist to support a wide range of mineral exploration and resource geology projects globally. The successful candidate will contribute to both grassroots-to-advanced exploration programs and mineral resource evaluations for multiple commodities and deposit types.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute exploration programs, including mapping, sampling, drilling, and data interpretation
- Integrate geological, geochemical, and geophysical data to develop exploration targets
- Perform resource geology tasks, including data validation, geological modelling, and mineral resource estimation
- Support NI 43-101 technical reports, including sections on geology, exploration, and mineral resources
- Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary consulting teams and communicate results to clients
Qualifications
- BSc or MSc in Geology or related discipline
- Experience in both mineral exploration and resource geology
- Familiarity with NI 43-101, CIM definitions, and industry best practices
- Proficiency with common geological and resource modelling software
- Willingness to work in field-based and office-based consulting environments.
