About the Role
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant in Leeds, you’ll play a key role in connecting talented professionals with leading global organisations in the Life Sciences sector. The role combines sales, relationship building, and recruitment consulting — ideal for graduates who want to work in a fast‑paced, rewarding, and commercial environment.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Managing the full 360 recruitment process — from sourcing and interviewing candidates to negotiating offers.
Building relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities.
Developing your own specialist market within Life Sciences.
Working collaboratively in our vibrant Leeds city‑centre office while managing your own targets and goals.
