About the Role
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant in Leeds, you’ll work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment combining recruitment, sales, and business development. You’ll manage your own portfolio of clients and candidates, helping global professionals find their next role while driving business growth.
Daily responsibilities include:
Managing end-to-end recruitment (headhunting, interviewing, negotiating offers).
Developing new business opportunities across global markets.
Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
Working as part of a collaborative, high-performing team in our Leeds city centre office.
