About the Role
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant in Nottingham, you’ll work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment that combines sales, business development, and recruitment consulting. You’ll have full ownership of your own client and candidate network, learning how to grow a specialist market and becoming a recognised expert in your field.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
Managing the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, interviewing, and matching candidates with clients.
Building strong client relationships and generating new business opportunities.
Managing your own desk, working towards individual targets, and contributing to team success.
Combining independent project work with teamwork in our Nottingham city centre office.
