We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced House Accounts Manager with a strong background in Inside Sales and/or Customer Service. Responsibilities also include supporting the planning for commercial batch production at third-party tolling partners.

The Role
- Grow sales in assigned House Accounts Territory. Lead the company’s inside sales effort by identifying customer needs, offering product recommendations, and closing new sales.
- Provide excellent customer service by entering sales orders, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions to clients in a timely manner.
- Support the processing of tolling orders from initial inquiry to completion, ensuring alignment with production schedules and customer expectations.
- Track and monitor production progress to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards.
- Collaborate with distribution partners and internal stakeholders to optimise supply chain efficiency. Prepare reports, documentation, and customer updates related to production and order statuses.
Requirements\Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or inside sales roles, with specific expertise in coordinating tolling and/or commercial batch production.
- Experience in chemical distribution or chemical manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to grasp complex concepts quickly.
- Advanced Level in Excel. Proficiency in CRM (SalesForce) and ERP systems is a plus.
