We are working alongside our client in the Food Ingredients sector based in Belgium (Brussels) to hire a Human Resources Generalist.

The client
Our client are a global leader in Specialty Food Ingredients manufacturing and producing Collagen and Gelatine supplying heavily into the Health Nutrition, Pharma and Food markets.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the recruitment and selection (national and international) and drive the daily HR operations from onboarding to offboarding.
- Play a supportive role in relations with the unions e.g. preparing, attending and follow-up of meetings.
- Create the yearly training catalogue, tailored to the needs of the organization and the employees.
- Enthusiastically design and deliver workshops as needed to grow team- and leadership capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
- 5+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- You have a perfect level of Dutch, and have a very good level in English (oral and written). Your level of French is proficient.
