Overview
We are seeking an experienced HRIT Analyst to support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of HR technology solutions across European countries. This role primarily focuses on payroll and time & attendance systems, with additional involvement in other HRIT initiatives such as recruiting, talent management, learning management, HR data systems, and reporting.
The ideal candidate will partner with HR and IT teams to ensure systems are aligned with organizational needs, support efficient processes, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support HR system implementations, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for HR applications, ensuring stability and accuracy.
- Analyze HR processes and recommend technology solutions to improve efficiency.
- Maintain data integrity and compliance within HR systems.
- Develop and deliver training programs for HR system users.
- Manage vendors, system updates, and integrations with internal and external systems.
- Support HRIT projects, including planning, coordination, and execution.
- Ensure systems comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate across teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 5–7 years’ experience in HRIT, specifically supporting European payroll systems (Germany experience highly preferred).
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., Workday, Dayforce, UKG, ADP), SQL, and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- HRIT-related certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
- Fluent in English; German fluency highly preferred.
Competencies
- Expertise in HR systems (Payroll, Time & Attendance, HRIS, ATS).
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and IT development processes.
- Ability to translate user requirements into functional solutions.
- Advanced data analysis and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a complex, matrixed organization.
