They are globally recognised for their expertise in both agricultural and consumer markets. As the KAM, you will take full responsibility for their largest customers in both DIY & Grocery.

The Role
We are looking for a structured, commercially strong and proactive Key Account Manager to take full responsibility for our largest customers. The role includes full commercial ownership of assigned key accounts with responsibility for budget, forecasting, pricing, assortment and promotional planning. The position requires close follow-up in stores and a strong ability to drive new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full Key Account responsibility for assigned strategic customers
- Responsibility for turnover, profitability and achievement of budget targets in own district
- Preparation, follow-up and ownership of sales forecasts and annual budgets
- Negotiation, renegotiation and establishment of new commercial agreements with customers
- Responsibility for pricing structures, terms and conditions, and annual agreements
- Strong focus on proactive new sales and business development with existing and new customers
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales Manager or in a similar commercial role
- Strong experience in negotiations, budgeting and forecasting
- Good commercial and financial understanding
- Experience with pricing strategy, assortment management and campaign planning
