Description

Our client is a global leader within personal care, health, beauty and nutrition. The are seeking a Master Electrician for their manufacturing facility in New Ulm, MN to join the team.

As a Master Electrician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facility's electrical systems. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting electrical issues, and implementing electrical upgrades and improvements. Additionally, you will work closely with our production team to ensure that all electrical systems are functioning properly and that production targets are met.


Your key responsibilities

  • Installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical problems and implementing solutions.
  • Ensuring compliance with all electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations, include serving as the Signing Master per the State of Minnesota electrical standards.
  • Collaborating with other departments to identify and implement electrical upgrades and improvements.
  • Providing technical support and guidance to other team members.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all electrical work performed.

You bring

  • Must hold a Master Electrician license or equivalent certification with a minimum of 5 years of experience as an electrician, with a focus on industrial or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair and familiarity with electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Physical ability to climb ladders, lift heavy equipment, and work in confined spaces.
