Hiring: Oil Sales & Market Development Manager - Texas - Remote
I am currently supporting an emerging company within the transformer industry to appoint an experienced Oil Sales & Market Development Manager. This role will focus on developing and managing new market channels, with a strong emphasis on naphthenic mineral oil, including transformer oil and dielectric oil applications.
The ideal candidate will possess both strong technical knowledge and commercial expertise, particularly in naphthenic oil recycling and its downstream applications. A proven track record in market expansion, customer acquisition, and channel development within the oils, lubricants, or energy sectors is highly desirable.
Location: Texas (Remote-based)
Travel: Up to 15% for buyer meetings and industry trade shows
