Description
Our client is a global fragrance house with centuries of history and is known as one of the pioneers within perfumery. Due to continued development in the Southeast Asia region, they are looking to hire a Perfumer or Senior Perfumer, depending on years of experience, for the team in Hong Kong.
The Role
- Analyse by GC/MS perfume in market products and formulate fragrances.
- Supervise Q/C for incoming raw materials as well as finished products.
- Lead creation and formulation.
- Lead creative strategies and reply to customer requests.
- Supervise the evaluation and organisation of the local library.
- Coordinate with our R&D Team for the briefs and fragrance development.
The Requirements
- Responsible and able to work independently.
- Good knowledge of fragrance materials and able to develop formulations.
- Able to operate and carry pout reventive maintenance of GC-MS.
- Good experience in creative and technical perfumery projects.
- 5+ years of experience as a perfumer, ideally within a fragrance house.
- Fluent in English.
