💰 Salary & Benefits:
Competitive base salary (DOE) + uncapped commission — achievable earnings include:
1st Year OTE £45k+
2nd Year OTE £65k+
3rd Year OTE £100k+
Uncapped commission up to 60%

About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant in Nottingham, you’ll work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial team where every day is different. This is a 360‑recruitment role combining sales, business development, and talent search — ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, achieving targets, and owning their success.
Your day‑to‑day responsibilities include:
Managing the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to securing job placements.
Generating new business and building long‑term partnerships with clients.
Developing and managing your own client portfolio and specialist market.
Working collaboratively as part of a growing, high‑performing Nottingham team.

A bachelor’s degree (2:1 or above) in any discipline.
