We are working alongside a global animal feed additives player, looking to hire a Regional Manager for Southern Europe to grow the feed additives business across Spain, France, Italy & Portugal.

The Role
This role requires someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who has proven experience in building successful teams and a profitable business. He/she should have a well-rounded managerial background with several years of experience and a network in the animal nutrition industry in the region. Animal nutrition Technical experience is strongly preferred. The role will cover Spain, France, Italy, and Portugal, so it would be ideal if the candidate speaks fluently in at least two of these languages and is based in either France or Spain.
Responsibilities
As the Regional Manager:
- You are in charge of overseeing the Sales team within a designated area.
- Your responsibility includes crafting and executing the sales strategy for the region that complements strategic objectives.
- You will lead a team dedicated to customer satisfaction, leveraging individual team member strengths to foster client loyalty, and increase market penetration through the full portfolio.
- You are responsible for your region's financial outcomes, supervising profit and loss, and achieving EBITDA goals.
