About the Role

Our client, a global leader in sustainable vending and recycling technology, is seeking two Regional Sales Managers (UK North & South) to drive commercial growth within the UK market. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated sales professional passionate about environmental innovation and circular economy solutions. The successful candidate will develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for reverse vending systems, build long-term customer and partner relationships, and establish a strong regional presence for cutting-edge recycling solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a regional business plan to drive sales and market share.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers, distributors, and service partners.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities within the recycling and sustainability sectors.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Deliver persuasive product presentations and represent the brand at industry events and exhibitions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Marketing, and Service teams to align regional needs with global strategy.
  • Monitor and maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast performance against targets.
  • Support partner enablement, ensuring seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.


Requirements

Education & Work Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Proven track record in B2B technical or capital equipment sales.
  • Experience within environmental technology, recycling, or automation sectors is advantageous.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate plans into results.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented, with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Customer-focused with a consultative selling approach.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are beneficial.

Physical Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel frequently across the UK, with some international travel as required.
