Regional Sales Manager – Midsouth (Process Equipment | Remote Based)
Location: Preferably Dallas/Fort Worth or Kansas City (covering TX, OK, LA, AR, KS, NE, NM, Western MO)
Industry: Capital Process Equipment | Filtration | Separation | Screening
Travel: Approx. 60–70%
A leading global manufacturer of process equipment and separation technology is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead commercial activity across the Midsouth territory. This is a hands-on, autonomous role focused on developing new business, supporting regional distributors, and driving continued growth across food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and chemical markets.
The Role
- Manage all sales activities across the defined territory, from lead qualification through to close
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans in line with national objectives
- Support, motivate, and develop a network of agents and distributors
- Conduct consultative, solution-based selling to engineers, plant managers, and OEMs
- Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM updates
- Collaborate closely with internal sales, marketing, and technical support teams
About You
- Proven track record in capital equipment sales, ideally within process, packaging, or filtration systems
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and demonstrate equipment performance and business value
- Skilled in relationship and consultative selling, with the resilience and drive to hunt for new opportunities
- Excellent organizational skills and experience managing a multi-state territory
- Degree in engineering, technical, or related field preferred
