The Role

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced North West US Sales Manager to oversee business development and account management across Northern California, Nevada, Washington, Idaho, and Oregon. This individual will play a critical role in expanding regional market share, nurturing distributor and end-user relationships, and driving the adoption of advanced sealing solutions within key industrial sectors.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow sales across the assigned multi-state territory, meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Develop new business through proactive prospecting, networking, and strategic market planning.
  • Strengthen relationships with distributors, OEMs, and end-users, ensuring exceptional customer support and long-term partnership development.
  • Conduct technical product presentations and provide application expertise to customers.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including engineering, technical support, and operations—to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client visits.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and territory plans.


Candidate Profile

  • Proven track record in industrial sales, ideally within fluid sealing, rotating equipment, mechanical components, or related engineered products.
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex equipment and sealing applications.
  • Existing network within process industries such as chemical, pulp & paper, power generation, mining, water/wastewater, or oil & gas is highly advantageous.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of managing a large multi-state territory with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
