Its portfolio includes high-precision genetic testing, genetic counselling, CE-IVD Next Generation Sequencing solutions, and a versatile Technology Transfer Platform that enables partners to perform complex analyses in-house.


As our Regional Sales Manager, you will be the key interface between our customers across laboratories, hospitals, university clinics, private practices, and medical care centers. With your confident and engaging presence, you will represent our brand, connect with diverse stakeholders, and help shape the future of genetic diagnostics in the region.


  • A completed degree in a scientific discipline or substantial sales experience in laboratory diagnostics/genetics
  • 5 years of sales experience with a proven history of driving strong revenue growth
  • Key strengths include perseverance, skilled negotiation, diplomacy, strategic thinking, closing capability, and excellent communication in both German and English
  • A structured, goal-driven, and self-motivated working style
  • High willingness to travel within the region, a broad interest in diverse medical fields, and a proactive, hands-on approach
