The Role
The Researcher Manager position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day work of our experienced consultants specifically in our Sustainable Futures Division. The work and support this role will provide internally allow the consultants to be outward-facing and deliver on key assignments for our clients.
The role comes with the chance to earn fantastic commission based on the roles filled through the support this position provides. It also comes with a clear progression path within the research function of our business.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Build the presence of the team on LinkedIn. Through sharing market-relevant content, partnering with consultants, and pushing presence on social media platforms.
- Research and identify suitable candidates for interviews and for ongoing retained and contingent searches.
- Work with senior members of the team on key market mapping and talent pipeline projects for our clients.
- Manage and co-ordinate the diaries of the consultants the role is supporting which may vary depending on client workload. This mainly involves the booking and scheduling of candidates for interviews in the consultant’s diary. With candidates located globally, the role will need to be able to organise efficiently over several time zones.
- Lead the formatting and presentation of all documents sent to clients including resumes, candidate cover sheets and business proposals.
- Partner with the consultants to deliver high-level shortlists in an efficient and high-quality level to our key clients.
- Lead outreach to new potential candidates through targeted email campaigns, social media, and networks.
- Networking in industry, sector, and specialism to become an expert in your market.
- Candidate engagement - identify and attract potential candidates.
- Work as an integral member of a team, motivating one another and communicating effectively.
- Think outside of the day-to-day tasks set and find new candidates through your own network and where possible find business opportunities for the consultants.
About You
- 2 Years minimum experience and proven track record working in a Research/Delivery/Resourcer position
- Excellent communication and listening skills able to articulate ideas in a concise way.
- Confidence in dealing with people on all levels with a professional and friendly manner.
- A positive and tenacious attitude.
