Mackinnon Bruce are partnered with a well-established and growing international diagnostics organization to appoint a Sales Account Manager within its Professional Diagnostics division, covering the Benelux region.
About the Role:
This is a strategic, field-based commercial role with existing business already in place, strong brand recognition in the market, and a clear opportunity to further grow and develop the territory. The position offers a high level of autonomy combined with strong internal support from marketing, technical, applications, and back-office teams.
As Account Manager, you will act as the primary commercial contact for hospital and laboratory customers, managing and developing long-term partnerships across molecular diagnostics and autoimmunity solutions. You will be responsible not only for maintaining and growing revenue, but also for shaping account strategy, identifying new opportunities, and contributing directly to the regional business plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow an established portfolio of hospital and laboratory accounts
- Develop and execute strategic account and business development plans
- Drive sales growth through fact-based, solution-oriented selling
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product management, technical, and application teams
- Ensure smooth sales administration, tender support, and after-sales follow-up
- Contribute to installations and application-level support in cooperation with technical teams
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a comparable sales or account management role
- Experience within diagnostics, medical devices, or laboratory environments
- Fluent in French, English
