We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts across the United States.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in sales, with a focus on the CASE market.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in a leadership role, managing sales teams, and driving performance.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the coatings, adhesives, sealants, and elastomers industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and support the sales team.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
