We are working alongside our client in the Animal Feed Additives sector to hire a Sales Director for North America.

A global manufacturer of premium ingredients and additives, providing solutions to several sectors, including Animal Nutrition. 



  • Well-versed in field sales and/or technical service within animal nutrition. 
  • Proven track record of sales growth or developing of new accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to write and present clear, organised, and informative business communications and presentations.
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time and attend customer visits, trials, Animal Feed Industry Tradeshows or otherwise.
  • Ability to work from home office.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of business priorities, product positioning, and global markets. 


Role & Responsibilities

The Role

The Sales Director for Animal Nutrition will develop and lead the animal nutrition strategy in the U.S., working across all species. 


  • Identify and execute growth strategies to gain market share within the broad marketplace of animal feed industry customers.
  • Utilise knowledge about all products, and current and potential applications to support customer and distributor needs.
  • Oversee the creation of all marketing literature and provide a marketing plan for advertising and exhibiting in the animal feed space.
  • Use promotional materials, advertising, entertainment, technical resources, and other resources to optimize return on dollars and time spent.
