We are supporting a confidential international technology manufacturer as they relaunch and scale their commercial presence across APAC. The business operates in industrial instrumentation and industrial digital solutions, supplying critical technologies into heavy and process-driven industries.
They are now looking for a Sales Manager – APAC to take ownership of the region and shape what success looks like.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating momentum, rebuilding markets, and being trusted to make decisions rather than following a rigid playbook.

What you will be doing
- Developing new business across APAC through a mix of direct sales, partners, and strategic accounts
- Re-engaging key customers and opening doors in complex industrial environments
- Building and executing structured account and territory plans
- Working with partners and distributors to raise performance and consistency
- Driving both capital equipment and lifecycle / aftermarket opportunities
- Acting as the commercial voice of APAC internally, feeding market insight back into product, service, and strategy
