Description

Mackinnon Bruce are working with a growing In-vitro technology equipment manufacturer and service provider and we are now seeking experienced Senior Business Development Managers with proven expertise in selling products or services in the Organ-on-Chip3D Cell Culture, or Preclinical CRO markets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Leverage your existing network or book of business to build partnerships and expand market reach.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, with a focus on selling into large Pharma and biotech clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align commercial strategies with client needs.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience selling products or service within the 3D Cell culture, Preclinical CRO or similar environment
  • Strong existing network and relationships in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
