Description
Mackinnon Bruce are working with a growing In-vitro technology equipment manufacturer and service provider and we are now seeking experienced Senior Business Development Managers with proven expertise in selling products or services in the Organ-on-Chip, 3D Cell Culture, or Preclinical CRO markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Leverage your existing network or book of business to build partnerships and expand market reach.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, with a focus on selling into large Pharma and biotech clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align commercial strategies with client needs.
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience selling products or service within the 3D Cell culture, Preclinical CRO or similar environment
- Strong existing network and relationships in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
