Role & Responsibilities

The Role 

We are looking for an ambitious, driven, and tenacious Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Nottingham. With significant investment planned across the business, we are keen to speak to Consultants who have experience working across various industries and disciplines.

Our consultants operate globally; in this role, you will be focused initially on mid-senior-level hires working as part of a team of Executive Search specialists in a high-performance, collaborative, and supportive environment. Leveraging an established reputation within our specialist markets, you will receive guidance and strategic support, and training to build your desk, utilising tools such as Linked In Recruiter, Talent Insights, and our automated business development software. The role is a 360-consultant role, supported by central functions in research, business development, and operations; with a clear training, development, and progression plan from day one.
