This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading grower & importer in the North America Fresh Produce industry, providing a year-round supply of fresh fruit across the US.
We are searching for a Senior Sales Executive to lead strategic account management and deliver revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction objectives.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and grow key customer accounts, delivering on revenue and margin targets.
- Lead customer engagement strategies, business reviews, and sales presentations.
- Identify growth and penetration opportunities through data-driven analysis.
- Leverage existing industry connections to prospect new business, develop proposals, and move opportunities through the pipeline.
- Represent the company at tradeshows and industry events.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of Fresh Produce sales experience
- An existing book of business and network of contacts, with the ability to grow the business leveraging this.
- Strong business development and account management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to communicate effectively and drive Sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
