We are working alongside our client in the Medical Device sector to hire a Territory Sales Manager, in South East & London.

MBI is partnered with a market leader in Resuscitation Medical Devices for Hospitals, Emergency Services & Government sectors.


Requirements\Qualifications

  • Proven track record of high-performance sales achievements, ideally 2+ years experience in a similar territory management role in the Medical Device industry. Ideally with Capital Equipment experience.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce) and other sales tools.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, and a clinical background advantageous

Role & Responsibilities

The Role & Responsibilities

The role will focus on selling products (capital & consumables) to their Pre-Hospital customers, including Ambulance Services, fire departments, police & municipal agencies.


Your primary goal will be to exceed sales targets, develop and nurture strong customer relationships, and maximize profitability. The company has a 30% install base in the territory and therefore this will be a blend of 50% account management & 50% new business development.


  • Achieve and Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets for your designated territory.
  • Strategic Territory Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive territory sales plans that include short-term and long-term goals, market analysis, and strategic tactics to capture new business opportunities.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand customer needs, address inquiries, and provide exceptional service to maximise customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the products and services, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Be a subject matter expert and effectively communicate this knowledge to customers.
  • Sales Prospecting: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by proactively prospecting and qualifying potential customers within your territory.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure a continuous flow of opportunities, effectively nurturing leads through the sales cycle.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management. Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
