- Proven track record of high-performance sales achievements, ideally 3+ years experience in a similar territory management role in the Medical Device industry. Ideally with Capital Equipment experience.
- Strong understanding of the industry and market trends, as well as Resuscitation or Defibrillation products.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and prioritise effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce) and other sales tools.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, and a clinical background advantageous

The Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager. As the Territory Manager for the Hospital sector in the Midlands UK, you will be responsible for driving exceptional sales performance within your assigned territory for the Resuscitation (Defibrillator) product line. Your primary goal will be to exceed sales targets, develop and nurture strong customer relationships, and maximise profitability. The role will be a blend of 50% account management & 50% new business development.
- Achieve and Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets for your designated territory.
- Strategic Territory Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive territory sales plans that include short-term and long-term goals, market analysis, and strategic tactics to capture new business opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand customer needs, address inquiries, and provide exceptional service to maximise customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the products and services, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Be a subject matter expert and effectively communicate this knowledge to customers.
- Sales Prospecting: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by proactively prospecting and qualifying potential customers within your territory.
- Pipeline Development: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure a continuous flow of opportunities, effectively nurturing leads through the sales cycle.
- Sales Reporting: Provide accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management. Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
