Job Summary:

We’re seeking an experienced and driven Technical Sales Representative to help expand our presence in AK, CA, HI, OR, and WA. Working from our OR office and traveling as needed, these individuals will pursue sales opportunities across key markets such as water filtration, fuel & lube oil filtration, and coolant for machining.

The role involves direct engagement with customers and managing sales efforts for equipment, replacement parts, and services. When not on-site, representatives will build relationships through virtual outreach and follow-ups.

These positions are integral to our West Coast growth strategy and will collaborate closely with the General Manager – West Coast to drive revenue and support key accounts.

· Ability to sell based on equipment features and benefits

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Skilled at managing complex projects and multitasking

Work closely with the General Manager & Director of Sales to:

· Develop and grow customer base in AK, CA, HI, OR, and WA

· Execute sales strategies and identify new opportunities

· Become an expert in the client and the industries we serve

· Collaborate with the parent company to share insights and strengthen relationships

· Conduct site visits, issue quotes, and respond to customer inquiries

· Engage customers via phone, email, LinkedIn, video, and in-person meetings

· Attend trade shows and industry events

· Maintain CRM records and track customer interactions

· Coordinate with the Novi, MI sales/support team to ensure excellent customer experience
