Area of Responsibility:
- Processing of invoices
- Ongoing financial accounting for business operations
- Reviewing tax assessments
- Scheduling and calendar management
- Preparatory year-end closing tasks
- Reviewing travel expenses
- Administrative tasks
- Master data maintenance & archiving
- Email and telephone correspondence with customers / suppliers / internal team
- Handling correspondence in both German and English
Requirements:
- Successfully completed vocational training
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Solid expertise in office management
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV
- Proficiency in common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Motivated team player, solution- and goal-oriented, flexible and able to work independently
- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks effectively
