They have very strong reference points with Sod farms and have built a strong brand name within Turfgrass.

Location: Remote in Florida
The Role
Their objective is to strategically penetrate into the Specialty Crops market. We are now looking to recruit a Senior Sales Agronomist to diversify into this area. Their primary route to market is direct to large growers, there is also potential to sell to dealers and retailers across Florida.
- You will be responsible for giving Agronomic advice to growers/dealers on the newest innovations within their portfolio.
- Plan sales strategies and execution for the territory.
- Develop customer crop plans utilizing their portfolio and help customers integrate this plan.
- Build new relationships with growers and dealers.
Base Salary $90,000 USD-$100,000 USD plus commission
