The Opportunity
The Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, helping to shape, execute, and scale the company’s go-to-market (GTM) strategy. This role will be central to driving international growth in priority markets and ensuring operational alignment across functions. The successful candidate will combine deep strategic thinking with hands-on execution, acting as both an advisor and operator in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO and executive leadership to design and operationalize the global GTM strategy, aligning commercial, product, and marketing priorities.
- Lead and oversee strategic projects in international expansion, including market entry assessments, regional GTM execution, and local partnership development.
- Provide strategic insights and operational support to the CEO, including preparation of board materials, investor updates, and executive communications.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives that enhance execution, accountability, and collaboration across sales, partnerships, product, and operations.
- Identify and support strategic partnerships with enterprises, regulators, and ecosystem players that accelerate adoption of digital identity and fraud prevention solutions.
- Ensure the company maintains agility and focus while scaling globally, embedding strong processes without compromising speed of execution.
Nice to have:
- Proven track record in a Chief of Staff, strategy, or senior GTM leadership role, ideally within a high-growth SaaS, fintech, or cybersecurity business.
- Strong exposure to digital identity, fraud prevention, risk management, or trust infrastructure is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to scale GTM strategies and lead international expansion.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to turn strategy into execution.
- Strong executive presence with excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Able to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, and often ambiguous environments
