Mackinnon Bruce International are partnered with a fast-growing precision oncology company at the forefront of transforming cancer detection. A commercial-stage diagnostics organisation focused on developing cutting-edge, non-invasive tests that support earlier detection of cancer recurrence and improved patient outcomes.
With the continued growth of the organisation we are now looking for Sales Reps across the US in multiple regions.
Responsibilities:
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals across a diverse portfolio and customer base through strategic business planning and execution.
- Cultivate growth within existing accounts and identify new opportunities via product launches and tailored marketing initiatives.
- Deliver clinical education on the product’s value, safety, and indications while proactively identifying and resolving customer challenges
- Manage a multi-state territory efficiently using CRM systems (Salesforce) and structured call planning.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare sales, including experience in start-up or growth-stage environments
- 3+ years of experience selling Laboratory Developed Tests (LDTs) to oncology-related healthcare providers
- Successful track record of engaging with specialists such as medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, otolaryngologists, and colorectal surgeons
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory
