Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join our client's team as a Construction Specialist for a large-scale renewable energy project in Aizputes pilsēta, South Kurzeme, Latvia, starting in December 2025. This is a full-time position working closely with their EPC Project Manager for Latvia and the Construction Management team.

The successful candidate must hold the necessary certificate for construction activities in Latvia (verifiable via BIS Latvia: https://bis.gov.lv/
Prior experience in construction and project coordination is essential.
Responsibilities include:
The role will involve daily updating of the BIS system by collecting and approving data from technical coordinators, preparing documentation across all project stages from construction to commissioning, and supporting local communication with contractors and partner companies. The Construction Specialist will also assist with ad hoc tasks, work in close collaboration with the EPC Project Manager and Construction Manager, and act as the Construction Manager’s right hand to ensure smooth project execution.
