Electrical Superintendent – Data Center Projects (Georgia)
We are representing a leading electrical contracting firm with a strong track record in delivering large-scale, complex projects across critical industries. They are currently seeking an experienced
Electrical Superintendent to join their team on a hyperscale Data Center project in Lithia Springs, GA.
This role will play a pivotal part in overseeing the installation of major electrical systems, ensuring that safety, quality, budget, and schedule targets are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and direct field teams to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality electrical installations.
- Champion a safety-first, quality-driven culture across all site activities.
- Interpret and manage project drawings, design specifications, and installation requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Project Management on material procurement, scheduling, and workforce planning.
- Ensure workmanship meets strict technical and industry standards.
- Mentor, evaluate, and develop field supervisors and trades teams.
- Support change management by performing takeoffs, pricing variations, and managing related project work.
- Continuously monitor productivity, adjusting plans to optimise efficiency and project delivery.
Key Requirements:
- State Electrical Journeyman License, relevant engineering degree, or equivalent technical training/experience.
- 10+ years of supervisory experience in electrical construction, with strong knowledge of modern methods, tools, and technologies.
- Proven background delivering electrical packages for data centers, industrial, or pharmaceutical facilities.
- Experience managing large-scale electrical projects in the $20M–$100M+ range (hyperscale data center experience highly desirable).
- Strong understanding of cost control, scheduling, and managing large multi-disciplinary teams.
- OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain).
- Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills, with a hands-on approach to problem solving.
- Ability to meet all pre-employment requirements including background and MVR checks
