Our client, a leader in industrial bakery equipment and part of a globally respected engineering group, is hiring a Manager – Exact Mixing Sales to lead global commercial growth for their continuous mixing systems.
This is a high-impact, autonomous role focused on building relationships, guiding capital equipment projects, and delivering best-in-class solutions to bakery and snack producers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle—from lead generation to project close—for Exact Mixing systems across global markets.
- Conduct client visits (approx. 40–50% travel) across the U.S., Latin America, Europe, and Asia.
- Work closely with engineering, application, and service teams to scope and deliver custom solutions.
- Present at major industry shows like IBA, IBIE, and Interpack.
- Guide layout planning, technical feasibility reviews, and ensure smooth project execution.
- Generate new business and develop strategic global accounts.
- Support inbound sales inquiries from the website, email marketing, and trade shows.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of technical or capital equipment sales experience; food processing/bakery preferred.
- Proven track record of consultative, solution-based sales success.
- Strong technical aptitude—can quickly understand industrial systems and processes.
- Experience in international sales or readiness to step into a global role.
- Familiarity with continuous mixing systems or industrial processing machinery is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, self-starting mindset.
