We’re Hiring: Installation Site Manager

Location: United States | ✈Travel: Up to 90% (Domestic & International)

This role gives you the chance to take charge of large-scale installation and commissioning projects for world-class customers in the packaging and beverage sector.


The Opportunity

As an Installation Site Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the execution of on-site activities at customer facilities. Leading a team of Field Service Engineers, you’ll ensure installations are delivered safely, efficiently, and in full alignment with project requirements and customer expectations.


This position places you at the heart of project delivery—where leadership, technical expertise, and customer interaction come together.


Your Mission

  • Lead and manage installation activities from kick-off to project closure.
  • Prepare projects in advance, including resources, HS&E planning, and logistics.
  • Oversee installation, qualification, testing, and commissioning with strict compliance to SOPs.
  • Act as the primary contact for the customer on-site, hosting daily reviews and sharing progress reports.
  • Manage, support, and allocate resources across the FSE team, ensuring deliverables are met.
  • Take full ownership of site safety, enforcing safety coordination plans with internal teams and customers.
  • Report regularly on site status (HS&E, quality, cost, schedule) and escalate issues when needed.
  • Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and process feedback.


Your Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in site activities management of capital projects (packaging, automation, or beverage industry preferred).
  • Strong technical background in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or Process Engineering.
  • Proven leadership with team management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • High flexibility and willingness to travel extensively (up to 90%).
  • Knowledge of aseptic systems is a plus.
