Our client is an innovative and science-backed health & wellness brand. We are seeking a National Account Manager to join their UK team and lead domestic commercial growth.
The Role
This is a newly created, high-impact role focused on accelerating the brand’s growth by expanding existing & newly created distribution in the UK retail and grocery channels.
- Develop and execute robust sales plans to expand brand distribution.
- Drive commercial success across retail and grocery channels.
- Co-create customer-facing plans in collaboration with the marketing team, aligning with UK brand strategies across digital and physical touchpoints.
- Establish and manage key strategic partnerships with customers to deliver short-term wins and long-term growth.
- Champion innovation and adaptability, constantly seeking new ways to address market opportunities.
The Requirements
- 5 years in account management, with experience managing the retail & grocery channel.
- Demonstrated success in expanding existing customer relationships and converting white space into profitable brand distribution.
- Industry experience in supplements/health CPG is preferred; adjacent industries, including but not limited to personal care & cosmetics, food and beverage, petcare, would also be beneficial.
- Results-driven attitude and resilience to “make it happen” with lean resources.
- Entrepreneurial mindset – innovative, hands-on, and energised by building upon a strong base.
