Description
We are seeking a highly technical, hands-on, and detail-oriented Manufacturing Science, and Technology Process Engineer with a strong background in chemical and biological sciences. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, computer-savvy, and capable of leading process improvement efforts across lab- and production-scale environments.
This role is responsible for analyzing and monitoring process performance, leading continuous improvement and capital projects, and serving as a key liaison between production, maintenance, and quality teams. The successful candidate will also support documentation development such as process descriptions, SOPs, work instructions, and training tools to ensure consistent and reliable execution on the floor.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Biological Engineering, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a related technical field.
- 3–7 years of experience in a biotechnology, food-grade, or fermentation-based manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience supporting or leading process development, optimization, and scale-up in lab- and production-scale environments.
- Experience working cross-functionally with production, quality, engineering, and R&D teams.
