A well-respected nationally recognized heavy infrastructure general contractor in the United States, working on both public and private heavy civil infrastructure projects.

Los Angeles, California (CA).
The Role & Responsibilities
In the role of Project Manager, you will be directly responsible for the oversight and delivery of heavy civil infrastructure projects from the initial project pursuit through to project construction completion.
With the ability to both manage and successfully deliver a wide portfolio of alternative delivery projects, as the Project Manager you will oversee the operational activities, lead project teams, technical development and strategic construction approaches across the project life cycle.
As the Project Manager, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders and teams to ensure the evaluation of project risk identification, the development of technical approaches, new technical concepts, undertake value engineering and develop construction execution plans for each project/programme.
You will help support the constructability analysis, phasing of the construction of the project, mitigate the risk to ultimately optimize the overall project delivery – ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements\Qualifications
- Educated with a Bachelor Degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years in a Project Management role - demonstrable experience in the successful project delivery of heavy civil infrastructure projects in the United States of America.
- Demonstrable experience in the successful construction delivery across a wide range of delivery methods including design build (DB), progressive design build, CMGC and more.
- Proven experience in the successful delivery of heavy civil projects in the USA.
- Ability to use industry software platforms including Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Demonstrable ability to undertake RFP processes, risk assessments, construction analysis, project management and estimating.
