Regional Sales Manager – End of Line Packaging Equipment (North America)

Employment Type: Full-time (100%)

Location: Remote, North America-based (with travel)


The Opportunity

A leading capital equipment manufacturer is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by executing a customer-focused sales strategy. This role emphasizes relationship-building, new business development, and ongoing account management across North America.


What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan aligned with company goals
  • Own all sales activities and revenue targets within assigned accounts and territory
  • Cultivate long-term, value-driven relationships with clients
  • Stay informed on market trends, supply-demand dynamics, and economic indicators
  • Monitor competitive pricing and product offerings to maintain market position
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline through targeted account-based selling
  • Oversee the full sales cycle—from prospecting to deal closure—across North America
  • Maintain up-to-date technical and industry knowledge through professional development
  • Perform other duties as required to support business success


Why You Will Succeed

  • Post-secondary education in sales, business, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in capital industrial equipment
  • Proven success in the packaging machinery industry
  • Strong record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client engagement skills
  • Skilled in negotiation, presentation, and influencing decision-makers
  • Capable of multi-tasking, problem-solving, and working independently
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems
  • Possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Willing and able to travel frequently across Canada and/or North America
