Regional Sales Manager – End of Line Packaging Machinery | North America (Region to be decided)
We’re working with an established and growing packaging machinery company that’s hiring an Regional Sales Manager to help drive strategic growth across North America.
This is a full-time, high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, technical sales environment — and who’s motivated by autonomy, innovation, and building long-term client partnerships.

What you’ll do:
✅ Own and grow a defined territory and client base
✅ Build and execute strategic sales plans
✅ Manage full-cycle sales: prospecting, consultative selling, closing
✅ Serve as a trusted advisor to key accounts
✅ Spot market trends and identify new growth opportunities
What we’re looking for:
🔹 3–5 years of B2B sales experience — ideally in capital equipment or packaging machinery
🔹 Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
🔹 Self-starter with a proactive, strategic mindset
🔹 Comfortable managing a large territory and working independently
