What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a sales plan aligned with company objectives.
- Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships that deliver value for clients and growth for the business.
- Stay current on market trends, competitors, and pricing to ensure a competitive position.
- Identify and capitalise on new opportunities through targeted account selling.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Maintain up-to-date sales and technical knowledge through ongoing learning and industry networking.
- Represent the business across Canada and North America with regular client travel.
Why You’ll Succeed
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in capital equipment or industrial solutions.
- Background in the packaging machinery industry (required).
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-disciplined and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong technical and software skills (MS Office, CRM, etc.).
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Willingness to travel across North America.
