Location: United States, Remote | Travel across North America | Full-time

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute a sales plan aligned with company objectives.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships that deliver value for clients and growth for the business.
  • Stay current on market trends, competitors, and pricing to ensure a competitive position.
  • Identify and capitalise on new opportunities through targeted account selling.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Maintain up-to-date sales and technical knowledge through ongoing learning and industry networking.
  • Represent the business across Canada and North America with regular client travel.


Why You’ll Succeed

  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in capital equipment or industrial solutions.
  • Background in the packaging machinery industry (required).
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-disciplined and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong technical and software skills (MS Office, CRM, etc.).
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Willingness to travel across North America.
